Clinical hypnotherapy can provide significant benefits for personal well-being, but it does not replace professional medical or psychological care. The sessions offered do not diagnose, treat, or cure illnesses. If you have any physical or mental condition, it is recommended that you consult a qualified doctor or therapist.

2. Medical Disclaimer:
Our hypnotherapists are certified but are not doctors or mental health professionals. Hypnosis is a complementary therapeutic tool. It is essential that the client truthfully discloses any medical or psychological condition, as well as any ongoing treatments or medications.

3. Results and Refunds:
The results of hypnosis vary from person to person, and therefore no specific outcome is guaranteed. No refunds will be issued once sessions have been purchased. Prepaid sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; after this period, they may not be used or refunded.

4. Liability and Waiver:
By participating in these sessions, the client accepts full responsibility for their personal process and releases the therapist or providing entity from any liability for physical, mental, or emotional effects that may arise during or after the treatment.

5. Privacy:
Session records are available upon request within 48 hours. Unless the client requests otherwise, their information may be used to send news, updates, or related services.

6. Use of Recordings:
Hypnosis recordings should only be listened to in a safe, quiet, and restful environment. They must never be used while driving or operating machinery.

7. Testimonials:
Testimonials shared are personal experiences and do not guarantee similar results. We are not responsible for comments or opinions posted on social media.

8. Cancellations and Punctuality:
Cancellations made less than one week in advance will be charged in full. Late arrivals will shorten the session time without any price adjustment.

9. Client Statement:
By accepting these terms, you confirm that the information provided is true. You agree to participate voluntarily and understand all the policies, terms, and limitations stated in this document.
